SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms cover text messages sent by Local Visibility Care, operated by Ryan Tolentino (Apex Praise). By checking the consent box on our application form, or by giving us your number and agreeing to texts, you agree to what is below.

What you are agreeing to

If you check the SMS consent box, we may send you text messages about your application and, if you become a client, about your account and the work in progress. Messages come from a toll-free number registered to Local Visibility Care.

Types of messages you may receive

A reply to the application you submitted.
Scheduling and follow-up about a call.
Account and service updates while we are working together, such as posts going out or a new review that needs a response.
Occasional offers related to the service, if you have opted in.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity with us. Most people receive only a handful of messages.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages; your mobile carrier may.

Consent is not required to buy anything

You do not have to agree to texts to apply, to talk to us, or to become a client. If you prefer email, leave the box unchecked and give us your email address instead.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You will get one confirmation message, and then nothing further. You can also email ryan@apexpraise.com and ask to be removed.

Sample opt-out reply You have been unsubscribed from Local Visibility Care texts. No more messages will be sent. Reply START to rejoin.

Reply HELP to any message for support information, or email ryan@apexpraise.com.

Sample message you might receive

Sample Hi Dave, it’s Ryan from Local Visibility Care. Got your pilot application for Cedar Creek Plumbing. I looked at your Google profile — free to talk Thursday? Reply STOP to opt out.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and message delivery can be affected by your carrier, your device, and your coverage.

Your privacy

We never sell, rent, or share your phone number or your SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing. Phone numbers collected for SMS are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your number is used only to communicate with you.
