Local Visibility Care

Your online presence should look as good as the service you provide.

Somebody in your town is deciding between you and the shop two towns over right now — on a phone, in about forty seconds. We make sure what they find looks like the business you actually run.

Called at 7am about a leaking water heater and they were here before lunch. Explained the whole repair before touching anything.

Owner response

Thank you, Denise. Glad we could get the heater handled the same day — we appreciate you calling us first.

Concept example. Review text and business are illustrative, not a real client.

Page 02 — The situation Local Visibility Care

You're already doing great work. Your online presence may not be showing it.

It's 7:40 on a Tuesday. The last call ran long, the truck isn't unloaded, and somewhere on your phone are three texts from customers saying you saved their week. None of that is anywhere a stranger can see it.

A service van parked in a suburban driveway early in the morning
Concept imagery — not a client photoThe work is real. The record of it is what's missing.
  • 01Customers thank you at the door, and the compliment stops there
  • 02The shop two towns over has five times your reviews for the same work
  • 03Your last post is from a season nobody remembers
  • 04Jobs worth telling about, and nobody wrote them down
  • 05By the time the day ends, posting is the first thing to drop
Illustrative comparison — same trade, same town

Competitor 624 reviews

Same star rating. The homeowner comparing them side by side doesn't know either shop — they see two profiles and pick one. Figures shown are an example, not measured data.

The problem isn't always the quality of the business. Sometimes the online reputation simply hasn't caught up yet.

Page 03 — The system Local Visibility Care

One simple system for reviews and online visibility

Seven steps run every month. You handle one of them — the part you were already doing anyway.

  1. 01

    Customer completes service

    You

You finish the job and load up the truck. That part of your day doesn't change at all.

  2. 02

    Review follow-up

    We handle it

A short, polite message goes out while the visit is still fresh. You never have to stand in someone's kitchen and ask for a review again.

  3. 03

    Google review

    Customer

The thank-you that used to live in a text message ends up where the next homeowner is already looking.

  4. 04

    Monitoring and response

    We handle it

Someone reads every new review and answers it in your voice — including the one that stings, before it sits there unanswered for a month.

  5. 05

    Feedback becomes social proof

    We handle it

The best thing a customer said about you this month becomes something people see, instead of disappearing down a page.

  6. 06

    Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile

    We handle it

Written, designed, and scheduled ahead. Nothing waits on a free evening you were never going to get.

  7. 07

    Consistent online presence

    Result

Someone checks you out on a Sunday night and finds a business that looks awake, answered, and worth calling.

You keep running the business. We keep your online presence moving.

Concept example of a maintained Google Business Profile. Cedar Creek Plumbing is a fictional business.

Before

  • You post when you happen to remember
  • Your newest review is from last spring
  • Happy customers leave and nobody ever asks
  • A Google page still showing last year's hours

After

  • Posts go out whether or not you thought about it
  • Reviews keep arriving from jobs you already did
  • Every review answered, in your voice, without you
  • A profile that finally looks the way your work does

What your business could look like

One month of content for a plumbing company. Every piece is written for the homeowner on the other end — their problem is the story, and the business is simply who fixes it.

Page 05 — The 30-day pilot Local Visibility Care

See what we can do before you commit.

We are selecting a small number of established local businesses for our 30-Day Local Visibility Pilot. The purpose is to run the full system start to finish and document how it performs in different trades. By day 30, chasing reviews, answering them, and remembering to post are simply not your job anymore.

Included in the first 30 days
  • Review follow-up system set up for your business
  • Review monitoring, with professional responses written for you
  • Google Business Profile content
  • 8 branded social posts for Facebook and Instagram
  • Custom images built around your business, not stock templates
  • 1–2 short-form videos or Reels when the content calls for it
  • Scheduling, so posts go out without you
  • A simple end-of-month summary of what was done

What we do not do: promise rankings, revenue, leads, or a specific number of reviews. The pilot shows you the work and the process — you judge it from there.

Pilot terms

30 days
Management fee, first 30 days $0
If you continue after the pilot $149 / mo

Pilot spots

Only 3 businesses will be selected initially, so each one gets the full system and a proper write-up.

If you see value and want us to keep managing the system, it continues at $149 per month. If you don't, the pilot simply ends and the work stays with you.

Let's see if your business is a good fit.

You've already done the hard part — real customers, real work, a reputation people repeat out loud. This is about the rest of it.

We're looking for businesses that
  • Already have real customers
  • Deliver good service
  • Have an active Google Business Profile
  • Want more Google reviews
  • Want a stronger, more consistent online presence
  • Don't have time to manage all of this themselves

If your business is a good fit, we'll show you exactly what we'd improve before getting started.

We are looking for 3 established local businesses that could use help strengthening their Google reputation and staying consistently active online.

The pilot includes
  • Google review management
  • Google Business Profile content
  • Facebook and Instagram content
  • Custom branded images
  • Social media scheduling
  • 30-day results summary
No management fee for the first 30 days. The full system runs start to finish so the business can judge the work itself.
$149 / month afterward Only if they want us to continue. No long-term contract.

Know a local business that might be a good fit?

You probably know one already — the shop people recommend by name, that somehow has four reviews and a Facebook page from two summers ago. Plumbers, HVAC, electricians, cleaners, landscapers, pest control, roofers, and similar home-service businesses.
