Local Visibility Care is a review-and-content service operated by Ryan Tolentino (Apex Praise). This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it. Plain language, no tricks.

Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the pilot application form: business name, city and state, your name, and your email address and/or phone number.
- Information from clients we work with. If you become a client, we handle business information you provide so we can do the work — your Google Business Profile, your Facebook and Instagram accounts, photos of your work, and a customer list you choose to share for review follow-up.
- Basic technical information. Standard web server and hosting logs, such as IP address and browser type. We do not run advertising trackers or sell profiles.
How we use it
- To reply to your application and discuss whether the service fits your business.
- To deliver the service: send review requests, publish posts, respond to reviews, and keep your profile current.
- To send you service messages by email or text about your account and the work in progress.
- To meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
Text messages
If you give your phone number and check the consent box, we may text you about your application or your account. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything.
We never sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing. Phone numbers collected for SMS are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Customer lists you share with us
If you give us a list of your past customers for a review campaign, we use it only to send review requests on your behalf. We do not add those people to any list of our own, do not market to them, and do not share the list with anyone else. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only so they can perform that service for us:
- Our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), which stores contact records and sends email and text messages.
- Our email provider, for correspondence.
- The social and review platforms you ask us to post to, such as Google Business Profile, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Web hosting and domain infrastructure.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Application details are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period after, so we can pick the conversation back up. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and afterwards as needed for tax and record-keeping. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we are required to keep it.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and ask for a copy.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Opt out of texts any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe link.

Security
We use reputable providers and keep access limited to the people doing the work. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Children
This is a service for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
